Our Cold Room Monorail Sliding Doors are specifically designed for meat processing facilities, slaughterhouses, and industrial cold storage applications where overhead monorail transport systems are used. These doors provide excellent thermal insulation while allowing the uninterrupted movement of monorail systems between processing areas and refrigerated rooms.
• Designed for seamless integration with overhead monorail (air suspension) transport systems used for red meat handling.
• Special insulated monorail channel minimizes thermal loss while maintaining maximum sealing performance.
• Door covers are available in durable PVC or anodized aluminum to provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
• Door leaf manufactured with high-density polyurethane insulation (42–45 kg/m³) injected between two metal sheets for superior thermal efficiency.
• Standard RAL 9002 polyester finish, with optional PVC or stainless steel (CrNi) surface finishes available.
