Our Cold Room Panels are manufactured to provide exceptional thermal insulation, structural durability, and long-term performance for commercial cold storage, food processing, pharmaceutical, and industrial refrigeration applications.
• Manufactured with high-density polyurethane (PU) insulation, 42 kg/m³ (±2), ensuring outstanding thermal efficiency and energy savings.
• Certified to B2 fire classification in accordance with TS EN 13501-1 standards.
• Precision tongue-and-groove locking system provides an airtight connection while allowing easy installation and future disassembly when required.
• Available in panel thicknesses of 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 180 mm, and 200 mm to meet different temperature requirements.
• Standard panel width of 1,000 mm with custom lengths manufactured according to project specifications.
• Inner and outer surfaces are manufactured from 0.50 mm galvanized steel sheets with a durable RAL 9002 polyester coating as standard.
• Optional surface materials include Stainless Steel (CrNi), PVC, Galvanized Steel, and Polyester finishes to suit hygienic and industrial environments.
• Smooth, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surfaces make the panels ideal for hospitals, food processing facilities, supermarkets, pharmaceutical storage, and clean-room applications.
• Designed to minimize thermal bridging and heat loss while maximizing energy efficiency and cold room performance.
