Casing Features
Our Industrial Evaporators are manufactured with a robust and aesthetically designed casing that provides outstanding durability and long-term corrosion resistance. The housing is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel and finished with a high-quality electrostatic powder coating to ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Standard features include a hinged drain tray for easy maintenance, removable side panels for quick service access, and specially designed mounting brackets for fast installation. Optional stainless steel casing is available for applications requiring enhanced corrosion protection.
Defrost System
• E1 Defrost: Electric defrost on the evaporator coil only, recommended for cold rooms operating between 0°C and +5°C.
• E2 Defrost: Electric defrost on both the evaporator coil and drain tray for low-temperature applications below 0°C.
• E3 Defrost: Electric defrost on the evaporator coil, drain tray, and fan assembly for maximum defrost efficiency.
• HGD1: Hot gas defrost on the evaporator coil only.
• HGD2: Hot gas defrost on both the evaporator coil and drain tray.
• WD: Water defrost on the evaporator coil only.
Fan Features
• Equipped with high-performance axial fans engineered for industrial refrigeration applications.
